The property is located close to metro station. There are enough restaurants / coffee shops within 2-mile range. The place is quiet / friendly and good locality with greenery all around. I took evening strolls in the neighborhood and was very relaxing. The rooms are very good. Spacious, clean with all necessary amenities. I stayed for 4 days, and my room was properly cleaned each day. Bed was soft and comfortable. Breakfast as an Indian was decent. I will expect some more dishes for an American breakfast. Staff is very friendly and quite helpful. There were always English-speaking staff at the reception. Its value for money.

Room was clean. Bed was good. Shower was clean and good. The staff was friendly and supportive. Location was easy for pickup by business partnes. In spite of drink- and snack automatic was only to be used with payment app of WeChat, staff assisted with opening it with a key and adding the price to the room. One time even apologized for the inconenience and offered the drink for free.

Despite language differences, most of the staffs spoke english or show so much efforts to be able to help, gave support on how to go about your trip and experiences in Shanghai, and I want to use the medium to give great remark to my new friend, one of the front desk staff (LEONE) Great Guy! He was like a Brother and I cannot wait to be back.

The location was close to a Metro Station, but also close to Shanghai Disneyland. The use of a DiDi (China's version of Uber) was fairly inexpensive.

The front desk staff is great. I need a late check out for my room. I also need a taxi. He arranged for a taxi and agreed to a late check out, no worries. Restaurant for breakfast only.

Amazing breakfast, convenient spot for Disneyland goers with free shuttle, great value. Also enjoyed the robot that brought up things like delivery.

The hotel is near to Disneyland. 10 minutes drive with their provided free shuttle bus. The front desk staff is helpful too.
